Welcome to the 20th century!!!!

We are launching a new electronic document delivery service today.  I found Hype Cycle a reasuring way to view to arc of the project.  As a team, we unfortunately spent a LOT of time in the Trough of Disillusionment.  The public is now putting us on the Peak of Inflated Expectations.  Hopefully we won't return to the Trough, and can move on the the Slope of Enlightement . . . as long as we remember to wear our crash helmets still!
